Mark Watson - Director
Independent Financial Adviser
Mark has worked in financial services since leaving university in 1998. During his 20 years in the industry Mark has gained valuable experience not only as an independent financial adviser but as an investment specialist during his time with Brooks Macdonald and Morningstar Investment Management.
Mark spends the majority of his time looking after our clients tax planning, pension & investment needs, as well as working with small to medium sized businesses advising them on pensions and business protection.
Outside of work Mark loves to spend time with his wife and two young boys who keep him very busy and very worn out! When he has time, he also loves to play a round of golf. He is also a FA Level 1 qualified football coach and manages his son's football team.
Rebecca Walters
Marketing Director
Rebecca has a background in marketing and events since leaving university with a 2.1 business studies degree. Rebecca manages all the marketing and social media for Integris Wealth and takes great pride in helping to grow the business. She ensures clients have access to all the information they need, and is responsible for organising events and seminars we put on for our clients and our professional connections.
Outside of work Rebecca spends most of her time looking after her two busy boys, as well as taking Rufus the family miniature sausage dog for walks. This can take up a lot of her time as he only has very short legs.
Jane Black
Paraplanner
Jane has over ten years of paraplanning experience gained from working with independent financial advisers. She graduated in 2000 with a first class honours degree in Mathematics. She holds the CII Diploma in Financial Planning, and is currently working towards Chartered status.
Jane has extensive knowledge and expertise in dealing with final salary pension analysis and transfers, as well as cash flow modelling we use with our clients.
Outside of work Jane is a director of a resident’s association and is involved with leasehold issues and accounts, along with things like dealing with missing cats.
Gary Davidson
Administrator
Gary has worked in the finance sector for many years and in independent financial services specifically since the beginning of 2016. Gary provides administrative support, ensuring all paperwork is processed accurately and in a timely manner to ensure all our clients receive an excellent service.
Outside of work Gary is a keen musician having played the guitar from the age of 11, and is a big film fan and is currently involved in the production of stop motion short animation productions.
